Description: 18 ha blueberry plantation (46,000 plants) for sale (intensive cultivation technology), plant
nursery under nets with an equipped irrigation system for 100,000 plants, a cold shop building with a pre-
cooling chamber, a central hall and two storage rooms, an office, a staff room (total area of premises 500
sq.m., land 8200 sq.m.). The entrance to the building is paved. Equipment workshop for sauce/jam
production line, which can operate 10 months a year.

The first plantings of blueberries (27,000 plants) were made in 2017. New 23,000 plants were planted in
